1. Your agreement with us
These Terms of Service apply to EverywhereRide’s apps, browser service and website, operated by More Web Services (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Contact us at support@everywhereride.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
The current early-access pilot is intended for adults aged eighteen and over who can legally agree to these Terms. Use only equipment and exercise settings appropriate for you.
2. Early-access service and availability
EverywhereRide provides simulated indoor cycling, supported trainer/sensor connections, prepared routes, training tools and ride records. Account sync, sign-in providers and external connections are available only in supported versions and where enabled. A feature described on a roadmap or coming-soon badge is not a promise of a release date.
The service is in development. It may contain errors, change, be interrupted or become unavailable. We may update, limit or discontinue features for development, safety, security or operational reasons. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of a significant withdrawal affecting saved data. Keep your own exports of important rides.
These Terms do not authorize any payment or subscription charge. Any future paid offering must disclose its price and separate purchase terms before you choose to buy it. Store availability and any store purchase are also governed by that store’s terms.
3. Exercise, trainer control and safety
Indoor exercise involves physical risks. Assess your fitness and suitability for exercise; seek advice from a qualified professional if you have health concerns. EverywhereRide does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and its measurements and estimates are not medical assessments.
Set up, maintain and use your bike, trainer and sensors according to their manufacturers’ instructions, including a stable position, adequate clearance, ventilation and suitable resistance. Compatible trainers may change resistance automatically as gradients or workout targets change. Device compatibility, calibration, network conditions and software faults can affect behaviour.
Stop exercising if you feel unwell, dizzy, have pain or experience unexpected resistance. Use the trainer’s or manufacturer’s recommended physical stop procedure when necessary. A pause/stop command cannot be guaranteed to reach a disconnected, suspended or unresponsive device. Do not rely on the app as an emergency stop or safety monitor.
Routes, gradients, speed, calories and virtual scenery are approximate simulations. They are not navigation instructions, surveyed road conditions, competition-certified results or a guarantee of real-world training outcomes. Use the app in a safe indoor setting.
4. Accounts, devices and your data
Provide accurate information needed for the features you use, keep your device and sign-in account secure, and do not use another person’s account without authorization. Optional Google or Apple sign-in is governed by the provider’s policies as well as these Terms. Do not share account/session tokens or attempt to access another user’s records.
You retain your rights in your ride records, profile details and support submissions. You allow us to store, process, display and transmit that information only as needed to provide the service, your requested connections, support and the uses explained in the Privacy Policy. This permission is not a sale of your data.
Some records are local to your device; others may sync when you sign in. Storage can be lost through app removal, device failure, cleared storage, software errors or interrupted sync. We do not guarantee recovery. Export important activities. Account deletion does not automatically erase local files, exported copies or activities held by an external service.
5. Acceptable use and shared rides
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass riders, impersonate others, publish unlawful content in display names or submissions, disrupt services, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, bypass access/rate limits or attempt unauthorized access. Do not upload material you lack permission to share.
Where shared presence is enabled, your chosen display name and virtual riding information may be visible to other riders. Use a suitable name and available visibility controls. We may restrict abusive names, traffic or accounts to protect people and the service.
6. Third-party services and exports
Google, Apple, Strava, app stores, device manufacturers and other third parties provide independent services under their own terms. We do not control their availability, decisions or data practices and do not claim their endorsement of EverywhereRide.
Connecting Strava authorizes the requested activity uploads; automatic upload may be enabled in settings. Review connection and privacy settings before sharing fitness data. Disconnecting stops future use of the connection in EverywhereRide, but does not remove existing third-party copies. Manage or delete those directly with the receiving service. Network or provider restrictions may delay or prevent uploads.
7. Software, content and feedback
Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for personal indoor cycling and evaluation. The app, branding and original content remain owned by their respective rights holders. Do not resell the service, misrepresent ownership or copy protected content beyond what the law or an applicable licence permits.
Open-source components, OpenStreetMap data and other third-party content remain subject to their own licences and attribution requirements. These Terms do not remove rights granted by those licences. Suggestions may be used to improve the service without an obligation to implement or pay for them; this does not give us ownership of your personal ride records.
8. Service limitations and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every trainer, error-free measurements, particular fitness results or permanent storage. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the early-access service is supplied on an “as available” basis.
To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or business losses from personal use of the service. This does not exclude or limit responsibility for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any mandatory consumer guarantees or other non-excludable rights. Nothing here requires you to waive protections that apply in your country.
9. Ending use and changes to these Terms
You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and, where enabled, delete your account in Account & settings. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, unlawful activity, safety or security risk, or a legal requirement. We will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate and practicable.
We may revise these Terms as the service evolves. We will update the date and provide an appropriate notice for material changes. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the affected service; any rights that cannot be excluded by law remain.
10. Questions and disputes
Please contact More Web Services at support@everywhereride.com, or use our contact form, for service questions, trainer problems or a dispute. We will try to resolve concerns in good faith. Contacting us first does not prevent you from using legal remedies available to you.
Applicable law determines your mandatory consumer rights and the courts or other bodies available to hear a dispute. These Terms do not impose compulsory arbitration, remove access to a competent regulator or prevent you from relying on non-waivable protections in your place of residence.
